Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Psychology Service Lead to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our Clinical Psychology Service, ensuring high-quality care provision to children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage the Clinical Psychology Service, ensuring high-quality care provision to clients.
  • To develop and implement service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of clinical governance mechanisms to support high-quality care provision.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of research methodology, research design, and complex data analysis relevant to clinical psychology.
Key Requirements:
  • Doctoral level training in Clinical, Educational or Counselling Psychology.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience of leading and managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings.
  • Skills in program planning, budget management, and communication with stakeholders.
