Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT equipment, ensuring seamless workflow, and providing technical assistance to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain all IT-related equipment, including PCs, mobile devices, thin clients, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve technical issues and ensure prompt response times.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies, adhering to knowledge management best practices.
  • Support small projects within the Warehouse, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum
