Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Apple Technical Recruitment (UK) Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quantity surveying functions on projects, including procurement of subcontractors, measurement & valuations, and processing monthly applications for payment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years+ experience as a QS or Estimator, with good communication skills and experience working in a similar role. In addition, they should be able to contribute to estimating duties and work with the pre-construction team.
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 basic plus competitive package including car allowance, pension, and bonus.
