Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team at Vistry Group, the UK's leading provider of affordable mixed-tenure homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About You

You will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing site operations, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to timelines;
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor contractor attendance and progress, addressing any issues promptly;
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, reports, and documentation;
  • Liaise with the Contract Manager to ensure timely updates on project progress;
  • Foster collaborative relationships with the design team, consultants, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in construction management or a related field;
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Scaffold inspection qualifications (or equivalent);
