Expansion and Revenue Development Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Dental Sales Professional Orthodontics in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic relationships with existing customers.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package and uncapped sales commission scheme (30% OTE).
Main Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve shared objectives and promote cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage and develop key accounts, focusing on segmentation and targeting to optimize sales performance.
- Provide market-leading training and support to ensure efficient use of our solutions.
- Execute education and training programs to build awareness of our products and services.
