Job Description

We are seeking a Market Expansion Leader to join our Mid-Corporate Banking team in Belfast. This challenging role will require you to work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for researching and understanding industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments to inform strategic recommendations. You will also design customised solutions addressing client-specific needs and objectives, incorporating products and services from the bank's portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of business growth strategies, working closely with the team to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Provide expert advice on financial decisions, risk management, and wealth management strategies, updating clients on market trends.
  • Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships, implementing measures to minimise potential losses.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000-£90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
