Revenue Generation Lead

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in achieving results? We are recruiting for a Business Development Director to join our team at Kennedy Business Services Ltd in Belfast.
">About the RoleThe Business Development Director will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy for a new hotel development. Key duties include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue across all hotel offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in the hospitality sector, with 310 years of sales experience or 12 years in a similar leadership role preferred
- A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is advantageous but not essential if you have a strong track record in hospitality sales
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience (£50,000 - £60,000 per annum), annual leave increases with every two years of service, pension contributions matched up to 5% after 12 months, maternity pay, healthcare, and wellness contributions (eligible after six months).
