Revenue Growth Leader

Kennedy Business Services Ltd is recruiting for a Revenue Growth Leader to support the launch of a new hotel in Belfast. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy and growth across all hotel offerings.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, alongside excellent benefits. If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in sales leadership, we want to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth across all hotel areas, including rooms, events, and dining.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including local, national, and international markets.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness.
• Work with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Your Ideal Profile:
• Proven experience in the hospitality sector, with a strong track record in sales leadership or a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is desirable, but not essential if you have a strong background in hospitality sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
