About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at the Miller Group Global Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Belfast market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate accounts, event planners, and travel agencies.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in the Belfast market or regional hospitality industry is highly advantageous.


Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. A competitive salary package is offered, including a bonus structure and benefits.
