**Role Overview**
Join VANRATH, a leading Fintech marketing and comparison company, as a Customer Partnership Development Manager. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Customer Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will also be responsible for negotiating commercial and contractual terms, ensuring effective onboarding of new customers, and monitoring and reporting on business activities. Your excellent analytical and data interpretation skills will enable you to drive business growth and make informed decisions.
We are looking for an individual with minimum 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role, ideally from a technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities product background.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They will also have a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + up to 15% bonus, hybrid working options, and excellent benefits including salary review, performance bonuses, and development opportunities.
