Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Job: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose customized solutions that address client challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
