Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are a luxury resort located on the banks of the River Thames, offering an exclusive leisure club, hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant, and bar. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests and members.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking food and drink orders, preparing and serving drinks, and processing payments accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the opening and closing of Food and Beverage areas, ensuring a smooth service and maintaining a clean and secure environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Take food and drink orders, prepare and serve drinks, and process payments accurately.
- Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with current food and drink trends and new menu items, ensuring our offerings are always fresh and exciting.
- Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service and meet the needs of our guests and members.
