We are a leading hospitality company, part of London + Regional Hotels, operating a luxury resort on the banks of the River Thames. Our resort features a leisure club, hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant, bar, spa, and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities

Food and Beverage Operations

  • Ensure the provision of an outstanding experience for our guests and members
  • Open and close down F&B outlets, ensuring they are ready for service and secure at the end of each shift
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent standards of customer service
  • Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Process payments accurately
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements
  • Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Prepare garnishes, mix ingredients, and ensure proper glassware is used for each drink
  • Stay updated on current food and drink trends and new menu items

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and members
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Teamwork and Communication

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waiter/bartender or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
