Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, food, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
