About the Role

One Avenue is looking for a dedicated and personable Client Experience Assistant/Receptionist to join our operations department. This role is an excellent opportunity to shape the hospitality and client satisfaction at One Avenue. You will support and assist the other Client Experience Team members and report to the Business Manager, maintaining high client satisfaction across our collection.

One Avenue stands out from other office providers by recognising the desire for world-class hospitality. We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our clients and their guests, making us a unique choice in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests
  • Assist with administrative requests and tasks
  • Support with client move-ins and move-outs
  • Design and arrange office spaces to meet clients' needs
  • Organise client events and activities
  • Track clients' monthly spend and ensure accurate financial records
  • Uphold building standards and maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative solutions
Requirements
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Experience in a customer service role (1+ years)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and email handling
