About Portico Corporate Reception Management

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Experience Coordinator to join our team in London, on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

The role involves delivering an exceptional colleague environment, working closely with the workplace services team, exposed to various aspects of facilities management.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a high standard of office environment
  • Issuing property requests
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Promoting building communications
  • Updating signage
  • Replenishing supplies
  • Addressing client queries and implementing feedback
  • Supporting social and charitable initiatives

You will also become part of the wider national community of Facilities Experience Coordinators across the country.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:00-18:00 Shift Basis

Salary: £32,100 per annum
