Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all care staff receive regular supervision and appraisal.
- Maintain and develop links in the local community.
- Be the Registered Manager and Nominated Individual with CQC.
Requirements:
- Experienced Manager with good working knowledge of CQC.
- An understanding in and empathy for elderly care.
What We Offer:
- Up to £60,000pa depending on skills and experience.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
