About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our care homes across the Home Counties, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of care and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager as and when required
  • Provide operational support for senior management, including the Regional Director and Home Manager
  • Ensure that care homes comply with all relevant legislation and registration requirements
  • Run the home to meet business objectives, including control of budgets and economic viability
  • Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with your local community

Requirements

  • Previous Management experience in a residential and nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes
  • Strong operational management experience
  • A valid NMC PIN
  • A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively
