Deputy Manager Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager and providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Home Manager in the delivery of high-quality pastoral care
  • Providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents with complex needs
  • Auditing practices and procedures to ensure compliance with latest guidelines

About You:

We are looking for a proven line manager with experience in a care home setting. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
