We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our team in Oxford and drive the growth of our outstanding care services.

Affinity Care Recruitment is a growing name in the domiciliary care sector, committed to providing the best level of care to our clients. We are currently supporting over 30 clients on a daily basis and are looking for a driven individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional leadership and management to our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and service user satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, driving the expansion of our care services.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with service users, external stakeholders, and our team.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Understanding of business development and the ability to drive growth.
  • Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with service users and external stakeholders.
  • Transferable skills and a willingness to learn and develop.
