We are seeking a highly skilled Peripatetic Care Manager to lead our care homes across Oxfordshire. This role involves providing guidance and support to care home managers and their teams to ensure exceptional care for residents. The successful candidate will have a strong track record as a Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager in a nursing or care environment.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing leadership and guidance to care home managers and their teams.
  2. Ensuring all homes meet regulatory standards and deliver outstanding care to residents.
  3. Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
  4. Designing and implementing training programs that support staff growth and continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
