We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of care homes across the Home Counties, providing operational support to senior management, and ensuring the homes comply with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of care homes, ensuring they meet business objectives and comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements.
  • Provide operational support to senior management, including the Regional Director and Home Manager.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
  • Build relationships with local communities and promote the services offered by Sanctuary Group.
  • Manage budgets and ensure economic viability of the care homes.

Requirements
