Peripatetic Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Peripatetic Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our care homes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of care and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support to care homes, including managing budgets and ensuring compliance with legislation and registration requirements.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to enriching the lives of our residents and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by our care homes.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote our services and values.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a residential and nursing setting, with strong operational management experience.
- Valid NMC PIN and current driving licence.
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexibly to meet the needs of our care homes.
