Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to oversee the management and development of homes delivering care to elderly frail users and dementia sufferers in nursing homes across Berkshire, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elderly care home management, with specific experience gained in turning around homes and developing services. They must be fully aware of CQC standards and display excellent business skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and develop homes, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents
  • To troubleshoot and resolve issues within homes, maintaining a positive reputation for Purosearch Ltd
  • To work closely with teams to implement changes and improvements, driving forward best practice
  • To travel extensively across the region, visiting homes and meeting with staff and stakeholders
