Requirements:
  1. A nurse qualification and relevant experience in elderly care home management
  2. Strong business skills and ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Able to travel frequently between locations, requiring a valid Driving License

The company offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately £69,000 per annum, plus a £9,500 car allowance, providing a total remuneration of over £78,500 per annum.
