**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Acquire Care in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services across the region.

**Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for Clients and Care Workers, adhering to Company and CQC Compliance standards.
  • Cordinate care services, including medication management and quality assurance duties.
  • Conduct assessments, reviews, and provide guidance to Care Staff.
  • Develop and implement operational practices to drive business growth and service expansion targets.

**Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in home care, with knowledge of CQC Compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties and weekend shifts.
