Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Acquire Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services across Oxford, ensuring that care workers are matched to clients based on their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the processing and maintenance of care worker records in a timely manner.
  • Ensure training records are updated and supervisions are scheduled at the correct time.
  • Develop and implement operational practices to improve care service delivery.
  • Resource new care packages and build on existing ones.
  • Maintain continuity of care for new and existing care packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for all clients and care workers.
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely manner to maintain a positive company reputation.
  • Ensure all operations are compliant with company policies and CQC regulations.
Requirements
  • NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care (ideally).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in home care.
  • Knowledge of CQC compliance is essential.
  • Organized, methodical, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible around working schedules, roles, and responsibilities.
Salary and Benefits

£26,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
