Job Title: Coordinating Specialist Technician

We are seeking an experienced Coordinating Specialist Technician to join our team in Oxford, responsible for coordinating technical input on live projects and land appraisals. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to the Technical Manager, enabling effective project delivery and cost savings.

As a Coordinating Specialist Technician, you will work closely with our teams to coordinate external design consultants, ensure timely completion of construction drawings, and maintain open communication channels. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to the Technical Manager, including coordination and negotiation of appointments with designers, assessors, and specialists.
  • Assisting with programming of technical release information and ensuring timely submission of statutory enquiries and sewer connections.
  • Oversight of Warranty Provider/Building Regulations applications to approval.
  • Coordination of Planning & Building Regulation Applications and obtaining planning permissions and statutory approvals.
