Key Responsibilities
As a Medicines Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the Best Value Medicines and Biologics Group by coordinating with clinical pharmacists and homecare providers to implement cost-saving initiatives. You will also be responsible for providing Senior Pharmacy Technician support to all homecare services, with a special interest in areas relating to the Best Value Medicines and Biologics Group.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with clinical pharmacists and homecare providers to implement cost-saving initiatives

- Providing Senior Pharmacy Technician support to all homecare services

- Promoting economic use of medicines

- Maintaining a locally adapted database for resources to support clinical teams with switches

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in medicines management and pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We offer a competitive salary range of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
