About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support our Supply Chain Transformation Team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver supply chain projects, ensuring seamless systems deployment and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Transformation Team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the physical preparation of stock holding areas, including sorting, organizing, and labeling.
  • Project Coordination: Work with clinical departments to design and implement inventory management systems, ensuring optimal storage solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the project team to check inventory using electronic data capture devices, identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on stock and systems hardware.
  • Training and Development: Support systems and process training for users, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A good standard of secondary education to GCSE level in Mathematics and English Language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management protocols.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of materials management and stock control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
