About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pharmacy Homecare Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with clinical pharmacists and homecare providers to implement cost-saving initiatives and promote the economic use of medicines.

  • You will maintain a locally adapted database for resources to support clinical teams with switches.
  • You will liaise between clinical teams and homecare providers to support the transition of patients to best value and most cost-effective medicines.

The successful candidate will have a good time management skill and a demonstrable ability to plan and deliver a project to tight deadlines.

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary range of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata.
