Pharmacy Homecare Team Lead

About the RoleThe successful candidate will have extensive experience in pharmacy and a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. As a Pharmacy Homecare Team Lead, you will oversee the implementation of cost-effective procurement and delivery of Homecare medicines and services, working closely with clinical pharmacists and homecare providers.
Main Responsibilities- To lead a team of Senior Pharmacy Technicians in providing support to all homecare services.
- To coordinate and communicate with clinical pharmacists and homecare providers to implement cost-saving initiatives.
- To develop and maintain a locally adapted database for resources to support clinical teams with switches.
- To ensure seamless communication between clinical teams and homecare providers.
