Pharmacy Manager

A dynamic pharmacy management role awaits at Compass Associates.

We are seeking an experienced pharmacist or pharmacy technician to lead our expanding pharmacy department within our private hospital in Oxford.

  • Location: Oxford
  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 per year + Competitive Benefits Package
About the Role:

This management position involves leading a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing leadership on medicines management and maintaining high standards.

  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency in pharmacy operations
  • Ensure effective handling of errors and complaints
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for motivating and leading the pharmacy team, ensuring excellent patient care and safety.

  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve pharmacy services
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and knowledge of oncology pharmacy. Previous management experience is essential.
