Pharmacy Team Leader

Compass Associates is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead their team in a private hospital setting. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in medicines management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Provide strategic direction on medicines management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular ward rounds to monitor pharmacy operations and address any issues promptly.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing pharmacy operations.
- Knowledge of oncology pharmacy principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
