Homecare Medicines Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the NHS, supporting the operational aspects of the pharmacy homecare service.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with Homecare companies, ensuring seamless delivery of medicines to patients.
- Process and manage Homecare deliveries, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on homecare pharmacy services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy homecare service.
- Maintain accurate records of Homecare deliveries and customer interactions.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or Equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
