Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced pharmacist to join its Best Value Medicines and Biologics Team. As an Advanced Pharmacist for Community Services Specialist, you will play a key role in driving cost-saving initiatives in biologic medicines while ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Pharmacy and GPhC registration. They will be responsible for managing homecare prescriptions, communicating with healthcare professionals and patients, and optimising patient care through timely medicines reconciliation.

In addition to their clinical skills, the ideal candidate will have experience of direct patient care in more than one setting or clinical area. They will also possess a Post Graduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice and be due to complete the diploma, or equivalent external credentialing via CPPE/RPS.
