Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role or relevant specialty, and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The role involves working in various specialities, including Adult Cancer, Gastroenterology, and Antimicrobial Stewardship. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, providing expert advice and guidance to clinicians, and working as part of the Antimicrobial Stewardship team.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,191 - £84,560 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to adult cancer inpatients, outpatients, and day cases.
  2. Working as part of the Antimicrobial Stewardship team to deliver the AMS agenda.
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance to clinicians on antimicrobial prescribing.
