Job Overview

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider, seeking highly skilled pharmacists to join our team. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to patients.

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and inclusive team, working across four hospital sites. You will have the opportunity to work in various specialities, including Adult Cancer, Gastroenterology, and Antimicrobial Stewardship.

We offer a competitive salary of £52,191 - £84,560 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for pharmacists to take their skills to the next level. As a Specialist Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to adult cancer inpatients, outpatients, and day cases.
  2. Working as part of the Antimicrobial Stewardship team to deliver the AMS agenda.
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance to clinicians on antimicrobial prescribing.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant specialty.
