Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Gastroenterology Specialist Pharmacist Programme: Provide specialist ward cover, work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, and gain experience in homecare and high-cost drug management.
  • Cancer Specialist Pharmacist Programme: Deliver pharmaceutical care to adult cancer patients, including opportunities to support day treatment units, clinical checking, and pharmacist-led clinics.
  • Antimicrobial Stewardship Position: Work as part of the AMS team to deliver the AMS agenda, supporting clinicians in safe prescribing practices.
