About the Role:

This position involves working closely with the pharmacy team to process invoices related to outsourced homecare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for chasing outstanding credits with suppliers, ensuring timely payment and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chase outstanding credits with suppliers
  • Process invoices related to homecare services
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier payments
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic skills in using MS Office products, such as Word and Excel, are also essential. Previous experience in a similar role or within the NHS would be advantageous.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £24,071 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata. Additionally, the Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
