Homecare Service Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Pharmacy Homecare Team as a Homecare Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the processing of Homecare prescriptions, invoices, and credits, ensuring accurate reconciliation of Homecare invoices, and providing excellent customer service. You will also collaborate with the Homecare technical team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, and participate in Homecare and Procurement Team meetings to identify and resolve problems.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel)* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Familiarity with general office equipment and software* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English* Previous office experience preferred* Estimated salary: £24,500 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience.
