Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Metrology and maintenance tasks require precision and attention to detail.
  • Acid cleaning, thermo-compression bonding, and mechanical assembly are essential for creating optical sensor components.
  • Microscopes and measuring instrumentation are used for metrology measurements and product verification.
  • Cleaning with chemicals and maintaining accurate process documentation are crucial tasks.
  • Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with small tools and components are required.
  • Experience in metrology, machine maintenance, and calibration is necessary.
  • Mechanical drawings and process documentation must be understood.
  • Basic IT skills using Word and Excel are expected, while knowledge of production control software would be beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with acid and polishing chemicals.
