Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team in Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and inspecting optical components for assembly and testing.

Responsibilities:
Optical Component Preparation: Prepare and inspect optical components for assembly and testing.Cleanroom Environment: Work in a controlled cleanroom environment handling acids and acid cleaning.Lapping and Polishing: Use lapping and polishing techniques to ensure high-quality component finishes.Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong mechanical knowledge, experience in mechanical fabrication, and previous experience working within a cleanroom environment. Knowledge of handling acids and acid cleaning is essential. Lapping and polishing experience is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £32,000 - £37,000 + benefits, reflecting the company's investment in its people and commitment to their growth and development.
