Job Overview

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a Mechanical Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities at Churchill Hospital in Oxford.

This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to join a leading provider of facilities management services in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standard, and identifying opportunities for improvement in facilities management processes.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of maintenance and project work, as well as maintaining and improving facilities management operations in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services.
  • Develop and maintain technical records, procedures, and risk assessments for building maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of maintenance and project work.
  • Identify and implement improvements to facilities management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and regulations.
