**Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor**
**Location:** Oxfordshire, Southeast England
GH Engage Limited is a renowned MEP building services contractor with a history spanning 50 years. We offer a complete one-stop engineering solution to main contractors and developers across various sectors.
The appointed Mechanical Supervisor will oversee mechanical site supervision & coordination, ensuring seamless project delivery in accordance with installation standards. In return, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our senior management team, receiving a tailored career progression path and long-term security.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage mechanical trades, subcontractors, and direct labour.
- Project planning and monitoring.
- Ensure mechanical scope (fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, pipework) are executed according to project design.
- Enforce HSE regulations and identify potential risks.
- Inspect mechanical installations to ensure high-quality standards.
- Project documentation & reporting including RAMS & method statements.
- Stakeholder management.
Remuneration Package:
- A competitive basic salary between £50,000 - £55,000.

- 25 days annual leave.
We estimate this position to have an annual salary of approximately £53,750, based on industry standards.
