Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Riverview recruitment Ltd is looking for a skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee the mechanical systems of their facilities in Oxford.

Job Description:
  • This role involves leading and supervising a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the performance of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Salary:

£46,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus benefits package.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and building automation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
