Master Technician Specialist

Institute of the Motor Industry. limited seeks a skilled Master Technician to provide technical support via telephone and electronic methods to customers who require information, instruction, advice, or support relating to diagnostic tools or vehicle issues.
This role is designed to utilize your technical knowledge while remaining out of the workshop environment. As a Master Technical Support specialist, you will work as part of a team to share technical knowledge and coaching, attend training to maintain and develop your skills, and provide expert guidance on automotive diagnostics.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems. An Automotive NVQ/City & Guilds qualification is also required.
The company offers a competitive salary of £42,500 per annum, plus 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with service) and an enhanced benefits package. This role provides a unique opportunity for a Master Technician to develop their skills and expertise in a technical advisory capacity.
