Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

About the Role:
Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Specialist. This role will be based in Buckinghamshire, Oxford and West Berkshire area and will involve working closely with carers to deliver high-quality care packages.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with at least 2 years of experience in the UK, holding an active NMC PIN. You should have excellent management skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver tailored care plans for individual clients
* Provide ongoing monitoring and support for clients' physical and physiological needs
* Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
