Job Title:

Clinical Nurse Specialist - Paediatrics

A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to fill a Paediatric Case Manager position. This role will cover care packages commissioned by the local NHS trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Foster strong working relationships with multidisciplinary teams through effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor, support, and assess clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients and their families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements:

  • Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Excellent management skills to motivate and lead the team
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • A full UK driving licence is essential

Salary:

Up to £49,000 per annum DOE
