Nurse Led Rheumatology Clinics Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Led Rheumatology Clinics Manager to manage our Rheumatology clinics and deliver high-quality specialist nurse-led care to patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide comprehensive clinical care to patients with a wide range of rheumatological conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality specialist nurse-led care.
- Manage and lead the Rheumatology clinics, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience in rheumatology or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
